Language you need in TOEFL
Universities want you to meet standards of communication respected the world over. Do you know how to highlight important details? Can you connect information so that your essays and presentations are coherent and unified? Would you be able to chat to people in academic circles with confidence?
Academic communication doesn’t have to be boring. Actually, TOEFL encourages you to vary your sentence structure and grammar to make your writing interesting. You should also do that with your voice. In English, we like to hear a rising and falling intonation: use that emphasis in your voice to highlight important information.
Take a test to see what parts of English you need to improve on.
