AIM’s experience in assisting hundreds of individuals in private classes over 17 years shows that IELTS preparation is not only about test strategies but also critical thinking, brainstorming skills and insight development, three elements which many students find challenging.
A simulation test works well not only to predict scores but mostly to diagnose specific problems that students face in IELTS. During the post-test consultation, we use the diagnosis to recommend the best course of actions to maximize the students’ chance of getting their target IELTS scores.
If a student decides to proceed with a private class with AIM, their simulation results become a valuable source of information to outline a customized syllabus. The syllabus then serves as a guideline for AIM’s teachers in implementing the program and addressing the problems identified during the IELTS simulation test. AIM also provides self-study opportunities to maintain other aspects of IELTS skills that the students are not focusing in their private class. See our client testimonials here.
